These terms govern access to the editorial website operated by troncards at https://troncards.world/. Operator address: Strandstraße 14, 31515 Wunstorf, Germany. Email: info@troncards.world. Nature of the service

troncards publishes landscape and travel notes for Lower Saxony. The pages are information, not a booking engine, not a guided tour contract, and not professional advice on safety, conservation law or transport timetables. Distances, seasons and path conditions change. You remain responsible for checking official nature-park rules, rail information and weather before you travel.

Intellectual property

Text, arrangement, logo mark and original graphics on troncards.world are owned by troncards or used under licence. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link to the source page. You may not copy entire articles, scrape the site for a competing product, or present the material as your own guidebook. Photographs are licensed for this site; reuse outside troncards.world requires written permission via info@troncards.world.

Acceptable use

You may not attack the service, overload signup.php, inject content, or use the newsletter endpoint for anything other than a genuine subscription. Automated harvesting of addresses or text is forbidden. We may block access that threatens the stability of the site.

Liability

Content is offered with care but without a warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular trip. To the extent permitted by German law, troncards is not liable for mere informational inaccuracies, for decisions you take on a dike in wind, or for third-party sites linked from our notes. Liability for injury to life, body or health, and for intent or gross negligence, remains unaffected. Mandatory product-liability and other non-waivable duties remain in force.

External services

WhatsApp, telephone networks, Google Fonts and rail or park websites are outside our control. Their terms apply when you leave troncards.world. We are not a party to your transport tickets or accommodation.

If you submit an email through a form that posts to signup.php, you ask troncards to store that address for editorial messages. You can stop this at any time by emailing info@troncards.world. We do not use the list for unrelated advertising.

Availability

We aim to keep troncards.world reachable but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting faults or force majeure may take pages offline without notice. Cached copies on search engines or your device may be older than the live file. Distances in the cycling table and seasonal remarks in the wildlife notes are editorial estimates, not certified measurements.

Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU remain available. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is the operator’s seat in Wunstorf, unless statute requires otherwise.
